Discovery GEO operates through its GEO app and web application, allowing you to manage inventories of fixed assets that have a barcode, QR code, or a unique ID number on their inventory plate.
The GEO app allows on-site personnel to conduct verification inventories, report updates for each asset such as assignments, location changes, status changes (lifecycle), evidence of deterioration (photos), among others.
Accompany each inventory entry with evidence of the reported updates. From the GEO app, each inventory entry or update is recorded with the date, time, and responsible user. Add photos of the assets, report damages or deterioration, location coordinates, sign reports on the screen, and locate each item within building or facility blueprints or maps.
