What is the Global-Skyserver version?

A powerful solution for the attention of remote users, who are connected through the Internet, by independent connections from the corporate LAN networks. Through the Global Version - SkyServer, users remain connected to the Discovery Management System for remote support and all inventory and remote assistance services.


How does the connection work?

Discovery supports your connection between consoles and agents through a SkyServer server, visible on the Internet. This allows visibility between the company and its mobile users or those who connect to the Internet through other LAN or WAN networks, from anywhere in the world.

What kind of services do I get with this version?

The Global version allows the remote connection of users and all the possibilities of Discovery, as if they were on the corporate network. That is, inventories are also obtained, tickets are managed, tasks and orders are sent, change alarms are audited, files are transferred, voice or Chat connection, etc.

What do I need to purchase to use the Global version?

  • The same licensing scheme is purchased for Advantage versions.
