Advisor is anyone who receives the ticket and addresses it to provide a solution to any request. In the event that they cannot provide an effective solution, they should escalate it to another advisor or to the administrator, or the final person at the top of this hierarchy.

Administrator is anyone who, as the name suggests, manages and coordinates the resolution of requests or tickets by closing cases or tracking their efficiency, providing testimony and computing data to maintain an optimal record for decision-making based on the information provided by the tool.
